Departing from the traditional wing typology, this villa seeks through the combination of private and public resorts, conditions of versatility and growth. These two elements, of identical proportions, allow the orientation and expansion of the villa according to the requirements of the site to be built. The connection between these two pieces takes place through two patios that illuminate and allow access to the entrance to the villa.
